Sleep positioner (2009-01-23)
Good product. Works well. Easy to adjust to baby's size. It is washable, but it doesn't look like new once you do. Over all it does what it's designed to do and for the price you can't beat it. I would recommend it.

Hated it (2008-11-10)
I recieved this for my daughter as a babyshower gift... and... it was awful! The velcro was far too rough, and when you try to lengthen and shorten it, it can scratch the baby. Also, I am so not a fan of the shape. It looked ackward, and uncomfortable. I felt so bad, I chose to remove it and use rolled up recieving blankets instead!

Good for the first 2 months (2008-09-13)
I have almost the same positioner (the toys r us store brand equivlent) and I really liked it. Both my kids used it for the first 6-8 weeks of their lives. I would NOT use it beyond 6-8 weeks when the baby can start moving around better and sometimes scoots down, but it was really helpful for the first couple of weeks and helped the baby feel more secure. It's not very expensive and is worth the $10.

This product is much smaller than I expected...I don't think it would have even fit my baby in his first weeks!

This has been one of the best purchases I've made. As an infant, I think this sleep positioner helped my son to sleep better by helping him to feel a bit more secure and steady in his crib. Now, my son has recently learned to turn over onto his belly. When he does this in his sleep it wakes him up several times a night. The positioner helps to keep him in place and prevent him from rolling over. In addition, it washes well and is easy to travel with. I don't know about this product preventing SIDS. That was really not my purpose in buying it. However, I would recommend this positioner to anyone!
